The temple sits deep in Vishveshwarganj, in the older warren of lanes northwest of the Kashi Vishwanath corridor, so the last approach is always on foot. Drivers drop pilgrims at a motorable point near Maidagin or Vishveshwarganj, and you thread the final few hundred metres through narrow, busy market lanes to the door.
By train, Varanasi Junction (Varanasi Cantt) is the main railhead about 2.5 km away, with Kashi station a similar hop to the north; from either, an auto or e-rickshaw to the old-city edge plus a short walk does it. The nearest airport is Lal Bahadur Shastri International at Babatpur, roughly 25 to 26 km out, best reached by prepaid taxi or app cab, allowing 60 to 90 minutes through Varanasi's traffic.
