Kavi Kamboi is a coastal dead-end, which shapes every route to it. The rail spine of south Gujarat, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad line, passes through Bharuch Junction roughly 20 km inland, and that is the practical railhead for most pilgrims. Vadodara Junction, around 70 to 75 km north, carries more long-distance trains and works better if you are coming from far away and want a wider choice of departures.
There is no airport anywhere near the village. Vadodara's airport, some 75 to 82 km away, is the closest, with Surat and Ahmedabad as bigger-hub fallbacks a little further out. Whichever way you arrive, the last leg is always tarmac: GSRTC and private buses serve Jambusar and Bharuch, and from there you take a local bus, shared jeep or hired taxi down to the shore. If you are self-driving, the coastal approach roads can be narrow and the final stretch near the beach is best done in daylight.
