Five aartis punctuate the deity's day, and each has its own mood. Mangla aarti at 6:00 AM is the awakening, sparse and intimate, attended mostly by resident sadhus and early local devotees. Shangar aarti at 8:05 AM follows the adornment of the murtis, when Gopinathji is dressed and garlanded for the day, and Rajbhog aarti at 10:30 AM accompanies the main food offering before the midday rest.
The evening pair carries the heaviest footfall. Sandhya aarti at 6:15 PM is the one most visitors plan around, with the assembly hall full and the lamps circling in near-darkness. Shayan aarti at 8:00 PM is the last of the day, a gentle putting-to-rest before the shrine closes at 8:15 PM.
If you want the fullest devotional experience without festival crowding, arrive fifteen minutes ahead of Sandhya aarti, take darshan, and stay through the arti-thal singing. Times can drift by a few minutes seasonally and are adjusted on major utsavs, so use these as the standard frame rather than a fixed clock.
