Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple, Vadnagar: Where to Stay

Pilgrims usually stay in Vadnagar itself or in nearby Mehsana. The temple runs a dharamshala with parking (food not provided there), and there is a guest house, refectory and yagnashala within the wider complex. Simple lodges and guesthouses such as Hotel Sangam Guest House and Hotel Riza offer rooms with food, while Mehsana (about 41 km) has the widest choice of hotels for those wanting more comfort.

Most pilgrims base themselves either in Vadnagar for proximity or in Mehsana for choice. The temple maintains its own dharamshala with parking, though meals are not served there, and the wider complex includes a guest house, a refectory and a yagnashala for those attending rituals or fairs.

In town, simple options such as Hotel Sangam Guest House and Hotel Riza provide basic rooms with parking and food, which suit a one-night halt. If you want more comfort, better restaurants, or a bigger range of hotels, Mehsana, about 41 km south, is the practical hub and still lets you reach the temple in under an hour. During Mahashivratri and Shravan Mondays rooms fill fast, so book ahead or plan a day trip from Mehsana or Ahmedabad.
