RoadNashik (nearest big city)Approx 90 km by roadRoughly 2 to 2.5 hours by car or bus. MSRTC and private operators run frequent buses from Nashik, Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai.

Shirdi is unusually easy to reach for a village of its size because it was reshaped around the pilgrimage. It has its own airport, Shirdi International (SAG) at Kakadi, about 13 to 14 km out, with flights from several metros; when those are booked out, Aurangabad airport around 140 km away is the larger fallback. Its own railway terminus, Sainagar Shirdi (SNSI), sits about 3 km from the mandir, and the Sansthan Trust runs shuttle buses from the station right to the temple gates.

By road, Nashik is the nearest big city at roughly 90 km, about two to two and a half hours, and it is the most common launch point for a Shirdi run. State transport (MSRTC) and private operators pour buses in from Nashik, Aurangabad, Pune and Mumbai, and Kopargaon railway station (approx 15 km) catches trains that do not stop at Sainagar. Inside town everything clusters tightly, so once you arrive most sights are within a short auto ride or a walk of the mandir.
