Shirdi Sai Baba Temple (Samadhi Mandir): Timings & Darshan Hours

Shirdi Sai Baba: Timings & Darshan HoursShirdi Sai Baba is generally open Approx 4:00 AM to 11:15 PM daily. Timings are approximate and set by the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust; the mandir does not take a long midday closure but the queue slows sharply during the four aartis when the sanctum is reserved for aarti passholders.

The Samadhi Mandir keeps a long day. Doors open around 4:00 AM for Kakad aarti, and general darshan flows from roughly 5:40 AM until the mandir winds down after the Shej aarti near 10:30 PM, with the complex effectively closing around 11:15 PM. Unlike many South Indian temples, Shirdi does not take a long midday shutter, so a devotee arriving at, say, 2 PM will still be admitted to the queue.

What changes through the day is not opening and closing so much as flow. During each of the four aartis the sanctum is reserved for aarti passholders, and the free queue is held or slowed, so the smoothest free darshan is usually mid-morning after Kakad or late evening between aartis. On the three festival days the ordinary clock is suspended entirely and the mandir stays open overnight. Because exact minutes shift with sunset and with crowd management, treat every time here as approximate and check online.sai.org.in on the day you travel.
