The daily aarti cycle begins with Mangala Aarti at approximately 4:30 AM, waking Ram Lalla before dawn, followed by Shringar Aarti around 6:30 AM as the deity is bathed and dressed. The evening Sandhya Aarti is at approximately 7:00 PM, and the day closes with Shayan Aarti near 10:00 PM as the deity is put to rest. All times are approximate and move with the ritual calendar and season.
The crucial distinction: attending an aarti is not the same as a general darshan. Mangala, Shringar and Sandhya aartis are capacity-capped and require a free pass booked in advance through the Trust's system, and you must carry the same photo ID you booked with. Ordinary darshan through the general queue needs no pass. Because aarti slots are limited and fill quickly, book several days out for weekends and well ahead for festival dates.
