Tirupati sits at the head of a natural pilgrim circuit, so most visitors pair it with at least one more shrine. The closest and most popular add-on is Srikalahasti, about 36 km away, the Vayu (wind) lingam among the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams and the go-to temple for Rahu-Ketu doshu remedies; many people do Tirumala and Srikalahasti across two days.
Heading south toward Chennai, Kanchipuram is about 110 km away, where the Kamakshi Amman temple anchors one of India's oldest temple cities and makes an easy onward stop. Deeper into Andhra Pradesh, the Kanaka Durga temple on the hill above Vijayawada, roughly 380 km north, is one of the state's most revered Shakti shrines and a natural extension if you are travelling further inside Andhra. Between them these three give a Vishnu, Shiva and Shakti span around a single base.
